The Discovery Personal Profile is a personal development tool which gives individuals an engaging, reinforcing and transformational insight into themselves and others...

To complete the profile, individuals complete a 25-question evaluator. The output is a 20+ page profile which helps recipients to gain a detailed understanding of their personal style, and how this impacts on their relationships in both personal and professional environments.

Based on the work of Carl Jung, it's chosen as an alternative to MBTI (Myers Briggs) or DISC because the colour energies model is so easy to understand and quickly becomes part of a team or organisation's frame of reference.
