Liberate brings together a group of highly experienced coaches and consultants carefully selected for their breadth and depth of expertise.  We’ll pick the optimum combination of skills to work with you and your team.  All Liberate Coaches have achieved successful careers in business for at least 10 years prior to coaching; and have real life experience at leadership level.

Liberate is a full member of the International Coaches Federation (ICF).  This is the recognised global governing body for the Coaching industry.  We abide by their code of ethics, which we are happy to provide on request.

Jennifer Dixon

is managing director of Liberate Coaching.  She trained with the prestigious Coaches Training Institute, is an Insights Discovery practioner, has a BSc(Hons) in Management Studies (specialising in Organisational Behaviour and Psychology at Work), and has also studied International Business Management at the Institute of Management Development in Switzerland.

Prior to coaching, Jennifer has 13+  years' experience in the Corporate world.  She started her career in PR and Communications, moving into People, Change and Employee Engagement, an area which enabled her to "make a difference" and have direct impact to the employment satisfaction of leaders and staff.  This formed a natural path towards coaching, development and change consultancy.
Jennifer lives in West London with her partner Jim.
